I am the founder of Broker Only Prep LLC, and like you, I’ve sat where you are now preparing for the California Broker Exam and looking for the right study tools. When I went searching, I couldn’t find a single prep course designed specifically for brokers. Everything I came across was salesperson-focused with a some broker topics sprinkled in. That gap is exactly why I created this program and curriculum: to give future brokers a dedicated resource.

I passed my California Salesperson License in 2004 and am currently a licensed California Real Estate Broker, successfully passing both exams. Having firsthand experience with what the tests demand and what existing prep courses lack, I built this webinar series to help others approach the Broker Exam with sharper focus and more confidence.

This program is for those who, like me, want a straightforward, broker-specific path to exam readiness. While this course focuses only on broker-specific law, math, and exam strategy, I recommend you complement it with question banks, flashcards, or full mock exam program from one of the larger prep providers. We don’t offer those tools and that’s by design, which makes this course a unique, niche option to sharpen the broker-only areas that often decide the exam.
